MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OF INSTALLING
STREET LIGHTS IN LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL PARK SUBDIVISIONS NO. 1 AND NO. 2
AND FARMINGTON-PLYMOUTH INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 27
On March 5, 1973, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8.16 P M Present. Robert F Nash, Edward G
Milligan, Robert E McCann, and Robert D Bennett Absent Jerry H. Brown,
Peter A. Ventura, and Jerry Raymond.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of
Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and
a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the necessity of installing street lights in Livonia Industrial Park
Subdivisions No. 1 and No. 2 and Farmington-Plymouth Industrial Complex
Subdivision in Section 27, City of Livonia.
There were approximately twenty-five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 20 P M. , March 5, 1973.
