MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT
OF RENSELLOR BOULEVARD BETWEEN SEVEN MILE AND BRIDGE AVENUE
On January 22, 1973, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
Vice-President of the Council at 9 44 P M Present Edward G Milligan,
Robert E McCann, Robert D Bennett, and Jerry Raymond Absent Robert F
Nash, Jerry Brown, and Peter A Ventura
The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of
Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and
a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing
on the necessity for road improvement of Rensellor Boulevard between Seven
Mile and Bridge Avenue, City of Livonia
There were approximately twenty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 53 P M , January 22, 1973
