L MINUTES OF THE 0.1E HUNDRED FIFTY-THIRD SPECIAL MEETING
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
Pursuant to the provisions of Section 8, Chapter IV of the City Charter,
the above meeting was held June 17, 1974, at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road,
Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approx-
imately 7:05 P. M.. Roll was called with the following result: Present--Robert F.
Nash, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, Jerry H. Brown and Robert E. McCann. Absent--
Robert R. Bishop and Robert D. Bennett.
Elected and appointed officials present. Addison W. Bacon, City Clerk,
Harry C. Tatigian, City Attorney, Robert E. Osborn, Executive Assistant to the Mayor;
and G. E. Siemert, Director of Public Works.
It was determined that there was no need for a Special Meeting at this
L time, and a discussion of the matter would be held between the officials of the Wayne
County Road Commission, the Director of Public Works and his staff, and the Committee
of the Whole of the Council.
By Councilman Ventura, seconded by Councilman Raymond, and unanimously
adopted, this 153rd special meeting of the Council of the City of Livonia was duly
adjourned at 7 06 P. M., June 17, 1974.
