MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS
IN GOLD MANOR ESTATES SUBDIVISION
On January 14, 1974, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
Vice President of the Council at 9 35 P M Present Jerry Brown, Robert E.
McCann, Robert D Bennett, Robert Bishop, Peter A. Ventura, and Jerry Raymond
Absent Robert F. Nash.
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the installation of street lights in Gold Manor Estates
Subdivision, City of Livonia.
There were approximately six people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 50 P. M , January 14, 1974.
