THE CITY OF LIVONIA
Friday, March 11 , 1966
A meeting of the Election Commission of the City of Livonia
was held on Friday, March 11 , 1966 at approximately 3 10 p.m. , at
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, at which time and place
the following members of said commission were present
Harvey W. Moelke Mayor
Steve Polgar City Attorney
Addison W. Bacon City Clerk
Absent None
Pursuant to Section 5 , Chapter III, of the City Charter, the
City Clerk, Addison W. Bacon, presided as chairman of the election
commission.
The meeting was called to consider and approve a list of
to
Election Inspectors as transmittedAthe election commission in the
iftCity Clerk' s letter of March 8 , 1966 for the Regular City Election
to be held on Monday, April 4, 1966 and any other business that might
properly come before the commission.
Upon a motion by Commissioner Moelke, seconded by Commissioner
Polgar , and unanimously adopted , it was
RESOLVED that , the list of Election Inspectors as
submitted subject to such changes as the Clerk may
find necessary to fill positions of qualified in-
spectors are hereby appointed members and alternates
of the following Election Precincts of the City of
Livonia, for the Regular City Election to be held
Monday, April 4, 1966

On a motion by Commissioner Moelke, seconded by Commissioner
Bacon, and unanimously adopted , it was
ime RESOLVED that , the Election Inspectors for said Regular
City Election be compensated for the day as follows
Chairman $28. 00 Inspectors $24. 00
On a motion by Commissioner Polgar, seconded by Commissioner
Moelke, it was
RESOLVED that , the ballots as presented for the election
of April 4, 1966 be approved.
On a motion by Commissioner Polgar, seconded by Commissioner
Bacon, and unanimously adopted, it was
RESOLVED that , this meeting be adjourned at approximately
4 35 P .M.
