M., at 4hich time and place all of the memoers of said Commission: Williamvi.lirashear - Mayor Marie 4. Clark - City Clerk Rodney C. hrol_f - City Attorney were present. Pursuant to Section 5, Chapter III of the Charter, the City Clerk presided over the meeting as Chairman of the COMIlliSSi ;n. Careful conslaeration wls given to the matter of appointing a Board of Inspectors of election for each election precinct of the City, pursuant to Act No. 271 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1 59, as amerded, to function as such at the Bien-ial Spring Election to be: held April 3, 1961.
