M., at which time and place the following members of said Commission: Addison d.Bacon - City Clerk Harry Smit - City 'attorney were present. Absent: Mayor Harvey id. Moelke. Pursuant to Section 5, Chapter III of the City Charter, the City Clerk presided over the meeting as Chairman of the Commission.
