OF THE CITY OF LIVON I\
A meeting of the Election Commission of the City of Livonia was held on
Tuesday, July 28, 196)4, at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan,
and was called to order by the City Cleric, a.3 Chairman of the Commission, at ap-
proximately 10:45 A. M. All members of said Commission:
Harvey IN. Moelke - Mayor
Harry Smit - City Attorney
Addison W. Bacon - City Clerk
were present.
The purpose of the meeLin, was to appoint Election Inspectors for the
September 1, 196)4, General Primary Election to be held in the City of Livonia.
Mr. Bacon presented a list of Election Inspectors twat were used in the April 4, 1964,
City election, as well as a list of all applicants, including names taken since May 12,
L19614. He pointed out that there are two new precincts for which election inspectors
will be required, namely Precincts No. 39 and No. 40.
Mayor Moelke recommended for cons.,. .eration the names of Jean Rausch, Mary
Baldie, Irene Appel, Mary Horgan and Ruth Haab, as qualified inspectors. There were
no objections.
On motion of Mayor Moelke, seconded by City Attorney Smit and unanimously
adopted, this meeting of the Election Commis..icn was adjourned to Friday, July 31, 1964,
at 2:00 P. M., the time of this adjournment being 11:15 A. M., July 28, 1964.
