Home My WebLink AboutELEC COMM 1960-07-01 MINUTES OF 1EETING OF THE ET,FCTION COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA July 1, 1960 A meeting of the Election Commission of the City of Livonia was held on Friday, July 1, 1960, at 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, at approximately 3:30 P. M., at which time and place all of the members of said Commission: William W. Brashear - Mayor Marie W. Clark - City Clerk Rodney C. Kropf - City Attorney were present. Pursuant to Section 5, Chapter III of the Charter, the City Clerk presided over the meeting as Chairman of the Commission. Careful consideration was given to the matter of appointing a Board of Inspectors of election for each election precinct of the City, pursuant to Act #271 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1959, as amended, to function as such at the General Primary Election to be held August 2, 1960. On motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried by the affirmative vote of all three members of the Commission, it was RESOLVED that, the following respective persons are hereby appointed members of the following respective election precincts of the City of Livonia: Pct. #1 Chm.
