M., at which time and place all of the merrbers of said Commission: William Ti,aBrashear - Mayor Marie W. Clark - City Clerk Rodney C. Kropf - City Attorney were present. Pursuant to Section 5, Chapter II]. of the Charter, the City Clerk presided over the meeting as Chairman of the Commission. Careful consideration w-s given to the matt r of appointing a Board of Inspectors of election for each election precinct of the City, pursuant to Act No. 271 of the i ublic Acts of Michigan of 1959, as amended, to f uncti on as such at the Special City Election to be held September 19, 1960. There being no further business to cone before the commission, on motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the meeting was adjourned at approxi- mately 10:00 A.
