The above meetin7 was held at the City Hall and commenced at

On motion of Taylor, sec laded by .olfe and unanimously carried,
it vas recommended to the Council that the communicat-ion trom .lurray C.
01 Neil dated '7'ebruary 2, 19'71, be referred to the Civil Service Commission.
On motion of '.olfe, sec rat ci by and unanim„usly carried, it
was requested that the ..vor ana the dor- Littee appointed to make recommendations
on the compensation ,nd expenses 01 the 7:ri_rector of Pub..tac 14orks confer
to 'ether and make recommendations to the Council t its next regular meeting.
On motion of .ri.olfe, secended oy Jahn .:nu unanimously carriE;u, it
as recommended to the Council that the City -n.-ineer be directed to make
a study and present a plan .nd recommen. atiLns to the Council on the con-
struction oi sewers and water maims in -chrt portion the city situated
around the intersection oi Levan oa(.1 and lyE.o .t.1-1 _oad. Crism aid not vote
on the above matter.
On motion at olfe, seconded b:, (-Timm and unanimously carried,
it was recaarkended to the Council that the lerk rite to the PLosed..le Civic
Association exbressin the appreciation at the Council for the invitation
to hold a Council rleeting in Hose iale ruens on Lrch 12, 1951., and the
re-ret o.L the Council that they will be: an die to attend such meetinF-., but
suggesting that the Committee ()_' the ' bole will oe lad to meet with such
association on one f its ridy ni. ht Iaotn s.
On motion of volfe, jecundcd by Jahn am unanimously carried, it was
recommended to the Council that communication as to traffic conditions in the
vicinity of Clarenceville t=hin School be Deferred to the Police Department
for report ana recommendations; that an investigation be made as to installing
warning, signs on the hi-hway near the sctlool Hnd that a letter on tais matter
be sent Lo 1:r. Schmddt, Super ntendent of Clarenceville Schools.
On motion of rrimm, seconded oy Jahn aria unanimously carried the
