OF IHE WHOLE HELD APRIL 30, 1951

The above meeting was held at the City Hall and commenced at
approximately 8:08 P.M. The meeting was presided over by William Taylor,
who was designated as Chairman by the President. Roll was called with the
following result: Present: Harry S. Wolfe, Wilson W. Edgar, Raymond E. Grimm,
Nettie Carey, Harvey Jahn, John Whitehead and William Taylor. Absent: None.
The Committee of the Whole then proceeded to consider the foiling
matters:
1. Complaint against Aggregrate Corp., which was referred to the
Department of Public Safety for investigation.
2. Communication from Lewis Savage dated April 26, 1951, in which
he requested permission to extend sewers to his property in North
1/2 of Section j5 and which was held for the next special meeting.
3. Conference with G. D. Mitten, Justin Scaffer and Hugh Arnold
L representing General Motors Corporation concerning paving of
streets in vicinity of transmission plant, which matter was held
over for next special meeting.
4. Mr. Richards advised the Committee that he intends to submit
a new jitney schedule showing extension of service to Six Mile
Road and part of Middlebelt.
On motion of Whitehead, seconded by Carey and unanimously passed,
the meeting was adjourned.
