MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY OF INSTALLING
STREET LIGHTS IN BAINBRIDGE COURTS SUBDIVISION, PART OF
BEVERLY GARDENS SUBDIVISION AND PART OF BEVERLY GARDENS
SUBDIVISION NO. 1, LOCATED IN THE N W. 1/4 OF SECTION 11
On January 13, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 15 P M Present Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Robert E
McCann, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A Ventura and Jerry Raymond
Absent--None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity
for installing street lighting with underground wiring in Bainbridge Courts
Subdivision, part of Beverly Gardens Subdivision and part of Beverly Gardens
Subdivision No. 1, located in the N W 1/4 of Section 11, City of Livonia
There were approximately fifteen persons present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of
the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 22 P M , January 13, 1975
