HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1975-12-15 PETITION 1971-06-01-47 15360 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ZONING PETITIONS On December 15, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of the Council at 10 48 P M Present Jerry Brown, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A Ventura and Jerry Raymond Absent Robert F Nash and Robert E McCann Pursuant to Section 23 06 of Ordinance No 543, 'the Zoning Ordinance, the City Clerk has duly published and mailed notices fifteen (15) days prior to the hearing date to those persons in the area affected by the proposed change and all other requirements of Ordinance No 543, the Zoning Ordinance, have been fulfilled The Vice President stated that in accordance with the provisions set forth in Section 4 of Act 207 of the Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, the Zoning Act (M S A Section 5 2934), as well as Article XXIII of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, the Council of the City of Livonia is holding a public hearing relative to a request for a change in the Zoning Ordinance Petition No 71-6-1-47 submitted by Steve and Anna Oliwek for a change of zoning of property located on the west side of Newburgh Road, south of Six Mile Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 18, from R-3B to P S (One Family Residential to Professional Service) Petition No 72-7-1-37 submitted by Harold Fischer for Edward Elsner and J J Antonishek for a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Ann Arbor Trail between Levan and Wayne Roads in the Southeast l/4 of Section 32, from RUF to R-7 (Rural Urban Farms to Multiple Family Residential) Petition No 75-8-1-24 submitted by David S Gazale for a change of zoning of property located on the south side of Eight Mile Road between Osmus and Parker Avenues in th Northeast 1/4 of Section 3 from M-L to C-3 (Manufacutring Limited to Highway Services) Petition No 75-8-1-25 submitted by Sam Hryckowian for a change of zoning of property located on the north side of Six Mile Road west of Middlebelt Road in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 11, from R-1 to C-2 (One Family Residential to General Business) The Public Hearing was declared closed at 12 00 P M , December 15, 1975 .--<-44,card4-7) ADDISON W BA( ilk Clerk
