MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 73-11-8-48P (Waiver Use)
On December 16, 1974, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
Vice President of the Council at 9 41 P M Present Jerry Brown, Robert E
McCann, Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A Ventura and Jerry
Raymond. Absent Robert F Nash
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Bruce E Pennell, requesting
approval of all plans required by Section 18 58 for a proposal to construct
an addition to an existing building and remove two existing buildings located
on the south side of Six Mile Road, east of Middlebelt Road in Section 13,
City of Livonia
There were approximately three people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 50 P M , December 16,
1974.
