MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENT WITHIN THE MELODY MANOR SUBDIVISION IN THE
N. E. 1/4 OF SECTION 7
On April 21, 1975, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at 8 14 P. M. Present Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown, Robert D Bennett, Robert R
Bishop and Jerry Raymond Absent Peter A Ventura and Robert E McCann
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for improvement of streets
within the Melody Manor Subdivision, located in the N. E 1/4+ of Section 7, City of
Livonia.
There were approximately one hundred persons present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 00 P M , April 21, 1975
