MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE INSTALLATION
OF STREET LIGHTING IN CHEROKEE TRAIL SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 33
On January 3, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 912 P M. Present. Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Jerry
Raymond, Robert R Bishop and Robert D. Bennett. Absent Jerry H Brown and. Peter
A Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the necessity for the installation of
street lighting in Cherokee Trail Subdivision located in the S W 1/4 of Section 33,
City of Livonia.
There were approximately twenty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:35 P M. , January 3, 1977.
