MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 76-10-2-20 (Waiver Use)
On January 17, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8.10 P. M Present Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry H. Brown,
Jerry Raymond, Robert R. Bishop and Robert D Bennett. Absent Peter A Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a Public Hearing relative to a use
permit submitted by Al Green's on the Hill requesting permission to operate a restaurant
within an existing building located within the Wonderland Shopping Center on the south
Lside of Plymouth Road west of Middlebelt in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35, City
of Livonia.
There were approximately fifty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 0:00 P M , January 17, 1977.
