MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 74-12-8-48P (Waiver Use)
On February 14, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 11 01 P M. Present Robert E McCann, Jerry Raymond, Peter A Ventura,
Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent• Robert F Nash and Jerry Brown
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinace No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 54+3, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by A S Dorchen requesting approval of all plans required by
Section 18.58 in connection with a proposal to construct a new retail building on
the south side of Ann Arbor Trail and Hix Road in Section 31, City of Livonia
Neither petitioner nor anyone else appeared for the purpose of speaking
on this petition
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 11 O-1- P M , February 14, 1977
