MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON TifE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF ONE 175-WATT MERCURY VAPOR LIGHT AT THE
INTERSECTION OF PURLINGBROOK AND FAIRFAX
On June 13, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 9.36 P M. Present Robert E. McCann, Jerry Brawn and Robert R Bishop.
Absent. Robert F Nash, Jerry Raymond, Peter A Ventura and Robert D. Bennett.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure,"
the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation
of one 175-watt mercury vapor light on an existing wood pole located at the southeast
corner of the intersection of Purlingbrook and Fairfax, City of Livonia, Michigan.
Since there was no one in attendance at the Public Hearing with respect to
this matter, the Hearing was declared closed at 9 36 P. M. , June 13, 1977.
