MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
L INSTALLATION OF ORNAMENTAL STREET LIGHTS IN CHEROKEE
TRAIL SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 33
On May 23, 1977, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.30 P M Present Robert E McCann, Robert F Nash, Jerry
Brown, Jerry Raymond, Robert R. Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent. Peter A
Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No 401,
as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment
Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for
the installation of ornamental street lighting with underground wiring in Cherokee
LTrail Subdivision, located in the S W 1/4 of Section 33, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately eight people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.45 P M , May 23, 1977.
