MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON 'RDPOSDD
DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO 4

On November 13, 1978, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 10:33 P D{ Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald
D. Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett , Robert D. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 4, pursuant to Act No. 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended,
as petitioned for by the Action Distributing Company
There were approximately two people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk

The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 38 P. M. , November 13, 1978.
