MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 76-5-2-7 (Waiver Use)
On February 27, 1978, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice President of
the Council at 10 4o P M Present Robert D Bennett, Robert R Bishop, Peter A
Ventura, Robert F Nash, Jerry Brown and Jerry Raymond Absent Robert E McCann
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Livonia Trade Center requesting permission to construct a
restaurant as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the south side of
Eight Mile Road between Middlebelt and Brentwood in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 1,
Imo City of Livonia
There were approximately nine people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 11 07 P. M. , February 27, 1978.
