LMINU'T'ES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN SUNSET HILLS SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 11
On September 24, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8 18 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F.
Nash, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett, Jerry Raymond, Robert R. Bishop and
Peter A.Ventura. Absent None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assess-
ment Roll for the installation of 175 Watt Mercury Vapor Lights on six existing
L wood poles and 25 ornamental poles with underground wiring in Sunset Hills
Subdivision in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 11, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately fifty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 25 P. M., September 24, 1979.
