MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 79-3-2-5 (Waiver Use)
On June 4, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8 46 P.M. Present . Robert E. McCann, Robert F Nash, Gerald D.
Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert R. Bishop and Peter A. Ventura. Absent--Robert D
Bennett.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
appeal regarding Petition 79-3-2-5 submitted by Fred J. Armour requesting permission
to locate a transmission replacment center within an existing building as a waiver
use on property zoned M-1 and located on the southwest corner of Eight Mile Road
' and Middlebelt Road in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 2, City of Livonia.
There were approximately ten people present.
Questions and comments from interested, persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:56 P. M. , June 4, 1979.
