MINU1ES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO. 5
On December 3, 1979, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8 00 P. M. Present Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Gerald
Taylor, Jerry Raymond, Robert D. Bennett and Robert R. Bishop. Absent. Peter
A. Ventura.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District No. 5, pursuant to Act No. 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended,
as petitioned for by the Awrey Bakeries, Inc.
There were approximately twenty-five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 22 P. M. , December 3, 1979.
