PUBLIC HEARING
February 23, 1981
Proposed Water and Sewer Preliminary Budget
for the Fiscal Year Commencing March 1, 1981 through February 28, 1982
Pursuant to Chapter VII of the Charter of the City of Livonia, a public
hearing was held on February 23, 1981, at the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive,
Livonia, Michigan, on the proposed Water and Sewer Preliminary Budget for the Fiscal
Year commencing March 1, 1981 through February 28, 1982. The Public Hearing was called
to order by the President of the Council at approximately 7.45 P. M Members present
were Robert D Bennett, Robert F. Nash, Gerald D Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert
R. Bishop and Robert E McCann. Absent. Peter A Ventura
The City Clerk presented to the Council satisfactory evidence that proper
notice of this Public Hearing had been duly published at least one week in advance
L' of such hearing by the City Clerk in the Livonia Observer, the official newspaper,
and that there has been full compliance with the provisions of the City Charter
The President declared the public hearing closed at approximately 8 07 P M. ,
February 23, 1981
