MINUTES OF HEARING ON PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO. 7
liwOn September 10, 1981, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7 37 P. M. Present Robert D Bennett, Robert F
Nash, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann and Peter A. Ventura
Absent. Gerald Taylor
The President stated that this is a Hearing on the question of whether
this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development District
No. 7, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of 197+, as amended, as
petitioned for by Contractors Steel Company
There were approximately ten people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Hearing was declared closed at 7:50 P M. , September 10, 1981.
