MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO. 80-9-2-23 (Waiver Use)

On November 10, 1980, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7 45 P M Present Robert D Bennett, Robert F Nash, Gerald
Taylor, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop and Peter A Ventura Absent: Robert E
McCann
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to
use permit submitted by Friar Tuck' s Diet Delite, Inc requesting permission to
Lir locate a sit-down restaurant within an existing building as a waiver use on
property zoned C-2 and located at the southeast corner of Plymouth and Middlebelt
Roads in Section 36, City of Livonia
There were approximately seven people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 10 P M , November 10, 1980
