MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROJECT PLAN BY
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION OF THE CITY OF LIVONIA
FOR PITTSBURGH TESTING LABORATORY PROJECT
On January 11, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 8:05 P. M. Present: Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon
Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R. Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this City
Council shotld approve the Project Plan recommended by the Economic Development
Corporation of the City of Livonia, consisting of the acquisition and construction
of a single story office/shop building, machinery and equipment and, the site thereof
The location of the project plan area is 110 ft. north of the north service drive
for 1-96, Livonia, Michigan and is comprised of approximately .4545 acres.
There were approximately fifty-five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8-11 P. M. , January 11, 1982.
