141, MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 82-5-2-14 (Waiver Use)
On August 18, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of
the Council at 7 4o P.M Present . Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert R
Bishop and Peter A Ventura Absent Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen and
Robert D. Bennett.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to Notice
of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with
said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative to a
use permit submitted by Bottles & Stuff, Ltd , II, requesting permission to utilize
an SDD license in connection with an existing party store located on the Northwest
corner of Newburgh and Five Mile Roads in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 18, City
of Livonia
There were approximately seven people present
Q9lestions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 00 P M , August 18, 1982
