MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR
THE INSTALLATION OF STREET LIGHTS IN HIDDEN PINES
SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 10
On July 19, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.07 P M Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett
Absent -- Peter A Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401,
amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements,
Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessmert and a Special Assessment
Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll
for the installation of a high pressure sodium street lighting system with
colonial post-top lighting fixtures with underground wiring in Hidden Pines
Subdivision in the N E 1/4 of Section 10, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately eighteen people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 12 P M , July 19, 1982
