MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 77-3-8-7 (Site Plan)
On May 24, 1982, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 7 00 P M Present . Robert E. McCann, Gerald Taylor,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop, Robert D. Bennett and
Peter A Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of PUblic Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to an appeal submitted for Ross Properties requesting approval
to make certain changes in the previously approved site plan by reducing the
sidewalk in relation to the new commercial building from 14' in width to 10'
and by eliminating the planter boxes and benches located on the south side
of Eight Mile Road between Grand River and Angling in Section 1
There were approximately three people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7.35 P M.
