MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
STREET IMPROVEMENT ON HALLER, CAMDEN AND HARTEL IN SECTION 25
On May 16, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 8 30 P.M. Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Alice Gundersen,
Robert R. Bishop and. Robert D. Bennett Absent: Fernon P Feenstra and Peter
A. Ventura.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the street improvement on Haller, Camden and Hartel in
Section 25, City of Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately fifty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.53 P.M.
