MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FETIII ON NO. 82-11-2-41 (WAIVER USE)
On March 16, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 10 23 P.M. Present Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Fernon
P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert R Bishop and Robert D Bennett Absent

The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant
to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to the property owners in
accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public
hearing relative to a use permit submitted by the Southland Corporation , requesting
waiver use approval to utilize an SDD License in connection with an existing
business located on the West side of Wayne Road, South of Ann Arbor Trail in the
Southwest 1/4 of Section 33, City of Livonia
There were approximately twelve people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 34 P M.
