MINUTES OF PUBLIC REAM-NI-1 ON PROJECT PLAN BY
THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION O THE CITY OF LIVONIA
FOR MG IIT ASSOCIATES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP
On February 23, 1983, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the Vice President
of the Council at 7:38 P M. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert D. Bennett,
Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra and Alice Gundersen Absent- Robert E McCann
and Peter A. Ventura.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this City
Council should approve the Project Plan recommended by the Economic Development
Corporation of the City of Livonia, consisting of eight industrial buildings
located on the East side of Newburgh Road, North of the Chesapeake and Ohil Railroad
and South of Schoolcraft Road, Livonia, Michigan and five industrial buildings
located on the West and East side of Fairlane Avenue, North and South of Glendale
Avenue, Livonia, Michigan
There were five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 43 P M
