MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ESTABLISHMENT OF
L. INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT IN THE CITY OF
LIVONIA FOR WAYNE DISTRIBUTING COMPANY, INC.
On March 14, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.08 P.M. Present . Robert R Bishop, Fernon P Feenstra,
Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura Absent Robert E McCann
and. Alice Gundersen.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on whether this
City should establish an Industrial Development District per request of
Wayne Distributing Company, Inc , pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts
of 1974, as amended.
There were approximately six people present
LQuestions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 .20 P.M , March 14, 1984
