MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF B. E. TAYLOR'S SCHOOLCRAFT MANOR SUBDIVISION NOS. 1 AND 2 (HILLCREST,
MASON COURT, LIVONIA CRESCENT AND WARNER COURT IN THE SW 1/4 SECTION 23)
On January 9, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8.51 P.M. Present Robert R Bishop, Fernon P Feenstra,
Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and Peter A Ventura Absent
Robert E McCann
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure, " the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
necessity for street improvement of B E Taylor's Schoolcraft Manor Subdivision
low Nos 1 and 2 (Hillcrest, Mason Court, Livonia Crescent and Warner Court in the
SW 1/4 Section 23), City of Livonia
There were approximately sixty people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 35 P M., January 9, 1984
