MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 84-6-8-26
On September 19, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the
President of the Council at 8.04 P M. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E
McCann, Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Guridersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett
and Peter A Ventura Absent None
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to
Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing relative
to a use permit submitted by Villanova Construction requesting approval of all
plans required by Section 19 06 in connection with a proposal to construct
commercial stores on the south side of Five Mile Road, west of Farmington Road
in Section 21, City of Livonia
There were approximately forty-five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 35 P M , September 19,
