MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 84-5-8-24 (Site Plan)
On August 15, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 9:04 P M. Present: Gerald D Taylor, Robert D
Bennett, Robert E McCann and Fernon P Feenstra Absent: Peter A Ventura,
Alice Gundersen and Robert R Bishop
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and pursuant to Notice
of Public liming duly published and sent to property owners in accordance
with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing
relative to an appeal submitted by D A V Contracting Company requesting
site plan approval in connection with a proposal to construct a one-story masonry
addition to an existing building located on the west side of Middlebelt Road
between Schoolcraft and Five Mile Road in Section 23, City of Livonia
There were approximately two people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The PUblic Hearing was declared closed at 9 19 P M , August 15, 1984
