MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPRO D I NT
OF PURLINGBROOK, BETWEEN EIGHT MITE AND ST MARTINS AND
BRETTON, BETWEEN RIRLINGBROOK AND FLAMINGO, IN SECTION 2
On May 1, 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice
President of the Council at 8-03 P.M. Present - Gerald Taylor, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Robert D. Bennett and Peter A. Ventura.
Absent Robert R. Bishop
The Vice President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter
3.08 entitled "Special Assessments" of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as
amended, the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for
the street improvement of Purlingbrook, between Fight Mile and St Martins
and Bretton, between Purlingbrook and Flamingo, in Section 2, City of
Livonia, Michigan
There were approximately sixty-five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 26 P.M., May 1, 1984
