MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO. 14
(Action Distributing Company)
On May 21 , 1984, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7 07 p.m Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann ,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett, absent Alice Gundersen,
and Peter A Ventura
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development
District NO, 14, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended ,
petitioned for by Action Distributing Company
There was one person present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 'l2 p.m , May 21 , 1984
