MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO 1
(Carrollton Arms)
On July 9, 1984 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9.46 P M. Present Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P Feenstra, Gerald Taylor and Robert D. Bennett Absent: Alice Gundersen
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should establish the Livonia Comercial Development
District No 1 pursuant to Act 255 of the Public Acts of 1978, as amended,
petitioned for by Carrollton Arms
There were approximately three people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9:48 P M., July 9, 1984
