MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF ROUGEWAY (SIX MILE TO INKSTER) AND WHITCOMB
(ROUGEWAY TO INKSTER) IN THE N E 1/4 OF SECTION 13
On August 14, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President
of the Council at 8.15 p.m Present Gerald Taylor, Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice
Gundersen, Robert D. Bennett and Mer A Ventura Absent Robert R. Bishop and
Robert E. McCann
The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08,
Special Assessments, of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, the City Council
is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for the street improvement of Rougeway
(Six Mile to Inkster) and Whitcomb (Rougeway to Inkster) in the N E 1/1+ of Section
13, City of Livonia, Michigan

Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 9 05 p.m. , August 11+, 1985.
