IsmMINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF FAIRFIELD (SIX MITE RD. TO CURTIS), IN SECTION 10
On July 22, 1985 the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 9:50 p m Present. Robert R Bishop, Robert E McCann,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett and
Peter A Ventura
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No
401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public
Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special
Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing on the
Assessment Roll for the street improvement of Fairfield (Six Mile Road to Curtis)
in Section 10.
There were approximately 30 people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10.25 p m , July 22, 1985
