MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY REPUBLIC AIRLINES
FOR A COMMERCIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY
OF LIVONIA COMMERCIAL REDEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 2.
On June 21 , 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-
President of the Council at 8:08 p.m Present: Robert E. McCann, Fernon P.
Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett, Alice Gundersen and Peter A Ventura.
Absent: Robert R. Bishop.
The Vice-President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question
of whether this City Council should approve the Application for a Commercial
Facilities Exemption Certificate as submitted by Republic Airlines covering
Imocommercial facilities to be located within City of Livonia Commercial Redevelop-
ment District No. 2
There were approximately twenty people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consid-
eration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:25 p.m. , June 24, 1985.
