MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE REQUEST BY AIR GAGE COMPANY
101. FOR AN INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE IN CITY OF
LIVONIA INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 23.
On April 17, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 8:10 p.m. Present Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Alice Gundersen, Gerald Taylor and Peter A. Ventura.
Absent: Robert D. Bennett.
The President stated that this is a Pdblic Hearing on the question of
whether this City Council should approve the Application for an Industrial
Facilities Exemption CerLificate as submitted by Air Gage Company covering
industrial facilities to be located within City of Livonia Industrial Develop-
ment District No. 23.
There were approximately five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera-
tion by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:15 p.m. , April 17, 1985
