imo MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON HALLER ROAD BUILDING DEMOLITION
On April 15, 1985, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000
Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at 7 39 p.m. Present Robert R. Bishop, Robert E. McCann,
Fernon P. Feenstra, Gerald Taylor, Robert D Bennett, Alice Gundersen and Peter
A. Ventura. Absent None.
The City Clerk has mailed notices to those people affected and all other
requirements of Section 15.52.120 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances have been
fulfilled. The President stated that the City Council is opening a public hear-
ing on the demolition of a building located at 11845 Haller, Section 25, City
of Livonia.
There were approximately five people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consider-
ation by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City
Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8 00 p.m. , April 15, 1985.
