Lot MINUTES OF THE PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED
DEVELOPMENT OF DISTRICT NO 33
(Valassis Printing Co. )
On March 12, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33000 Civic
Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the
Council at 7 36 p.m Present Robert R Bishop, Fernon P. Feenstra, Robert E. McCann,
Gerald Taylor, Robert D. Bennett and Ron Ochala, absent -- Joan McCotter.
The President stated that this is a Public Hearing on the question of whether
this City Council should establish the Livonia Industrial Development District No
33, pursuant to Act No 198 of the Public Acts of 1974, as amended, petitioned for
by Valassis Printing Co.
There were approximately twenty five people present.
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council , a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 48 p m , March 12, 1986.
