MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION NO 86-1-2-2 (WAIVER USE)
On April 7, 1986, the above hearing was held at the City Hall,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order
by the President of the Council at 10 10 P M Present Robert R. Bishop,
President, Fernon P Feenstra, Robert E McCann, Gerald Taylor, Robert D
Bennett and Ron Ochala. Absent Joan McCotter
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise
pursuant to Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property
owners in accordance with said Ordinance No 543, the City Council is
opening a public hearing relative to a use permit submitted by Nazar
and Emod Mesi requesting permission to utilize an SDM license within
an existing party store located on the northeast corner of Joy Road
and Cardwell Avenue in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 36 of the City of
Livonia
There were approximately 12 people present
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the
office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 10 35 p m. , April 7, 1986
